Very good. Worth the money. This is the first good staple remover I have had. I didn't know these existed

So I recently started training to be an accountant. I handle a lot of paperwork and was using a knife for staple removal. I decided to treat myself to a remover then I went all out and splashed the extra cash for his one. I am NOT disappointed removes with ease and the magnet is actually helpful. 👌

Only useful to remove staples from only few sheets of paper. Metal tang that fits under staple bends when used. Probably ok for just a few sheets with very thin cheap staples.

I bought this in July 2024 and it finally broke in January 2025. Even though it's frustrating, I'm shocked how long it stood up to the amount of staples I have to remove which is anywhere from 200-400 staples five days a week depending on the work load for the day. That's a lot of work! It still functions, but the plastic rest for the metal piece that springs the stapler back into position broke. I'm thankful for the magnetic since sometimes the staples fall into my calculator.

This product makes my life so simple! When you work in an office that requires neat organization,the last thing you want are documents all torn up from removing staples. Well this invention lifts this staple out smoothly almost without a trace! I use to find them at Office Depot but they haven't carried it in years and it is hard to find anywhere else. Everyone loves this little thing and it's a huge hit when you have to come up with a practical and affordable gift for everyone in your office. Especially if someone has carpal or a hard time using those little claw pincher type staple removers.. this is the perfect remedy and they will thank you for it!! Highly recommend!!! Keep in mind it is only good for regular staples and will break if you try and remove heavy duty staples.

This works great for removing staples with my arthritis. It takes a lot less pressure than a normal staple remover. That being said, there is absolutely no type of magnet as described. Most of my staples actually go flying, so that's somewhat frustrating. It's also a bit harder for anything more than 2 or 3 sheets of paper. It does rip the paper, so if you want to keep the papers nice, and you're not just recycling them, this would not be a good choice. Someone wrote a review saying "perfectly adequate". I think that's about right.

This staple remover is effortless. I had a large number of staples to remove for scanning mass amounts of documents. Another employee and I were having wrist issues from doing this. After purchasing the easy to use Glacier Effortless Staple Remover my problem is solved. I bought as gifts this low price product for the other employee having the same issue and for our supervisor who enjoys using hers to pick up staples with the magnetic point at the end of the Glacier Effortless Staple Remover. I also bought one for group use for the rest of the employees who often have large amounts of paper to deal with. It is just a matter of sliding the Glacier Effortless Staple Remover under the staple, easier if place on stack of papers, and then it barely takes any effort to push on the spring loaded handle to eject the staple. This works well for large amounts of regular size staples. I have not tried it on heavy staples.

I have a staple remover that looks similar to this from Staples but they discontinued it. This one has an extremely flawed design. The plastic front gets in the way of removing staples and the metal part is too high.
