I have to say when they arrived I was disappointed, I thought in order to work they had to be thicker. I was wrong. I struggle with knee pain that is exasperated by the hard floors and dress shoes at work. I have been using these a week and have already felt improvement. I will be buying a second pair for my other work shoes. One thing, if you have wide fitting shoes they are a little narrow, apart from that no complaints at all

when I get them on the left insole moves up the boot right one is ok but left feels to big and that why it slids mabe will have to cut just a little bit off but saying that once on there are cofortable

Helped get me round a 57 mile yomp round the Scottish highlands in 22hrs so must have been doing something right altho my feet did hurt at end so they're not magic!

Basically I have painful feet. I have tried everything but nothing seems to work. I have just received these and gone for a 5 mile walk - very little pain indeed. All of the things I have tried in the past are going in the bin and I will use these from now on.

My feet have been killing me after a full day in safety boots for ages. These have changed that from the first day using, no more hobbling about after work and I'm full of energy.

They are good and absorb shoks, not so thick, so they enter sufficiently well most of the shoes.
