This postpartum wrap has been a game-changer! I originally got it for recovery after a hysterectomy and have been wearing it for about a week now. It’s lightweight, breathable, and made from high-quality material. The stretch provides just the right amount of comfortable compression without feeling restrictive or sweaty. Definitely worth five stars for the price.An unexpected bonus is how much it’s improved my posture—something I wasn’t even looking for. I’ve only hand washed it so far, and it holds up perfectly with no damage to the fabric. Sizing is accurate, so there’s no need to size up. I honestly wish I’d had this after my third baby—it might have helped prevent the diastasis recti that took years to heal.

I purchased this to help in my c-section recovery, and waited about 2 weeks before wearing this as I wanted to give my incision time to heal. Once I started wearing it, from day 1 I can say that it definitely helped me have better posture in my back, and helped with back pain overall. It has 3 pieces and is very easy to put on and remove. The material is of good quality a stretchy but breathable. I would recommend to any mom giving birth vaginally or via c-section because it really helps support bloating in the abdomen area that results from the birthing process.

My biggest complaint is probably that it does not stay tight around you. the material is softer and not as strong as it should for what you think you are buying. It brings 3 different parts I wouldnt say is the best one you can get but is a good one for the price.

I had ventral hernia repair. This comes with 3 different bands you can wear all together or separately. Immediately after surgery I was so bloated- I used the pelvic band on my abdomen-- fit great. As the swelling improved, was able to wear the waist band a little lower and it did the trick. Velcro easy to line up and does not overlap. Material does not irritate the skin. Excellent choice and value considering the flexibility/ability to customize to your changing condition. Well made, machine washed without issue. Quality product.

I love this shape wear! It helped my core tighten in just a few days! I am going to buy a smaller size since it helped flatten my b belly. Comfortable, great quality, Velcro holds nice. It does show through tight dresses/shirts but a slip helped cover it.
