I purchased this water purifier on February 24, 2024, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations. It performs exceptionally well with municipality water, effectively eliminating germs while preserving essential minerals. Initially, I was hesitant due to concerns about its water storage capacity, as mentioned in some YouTube videos. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the rapid speed of the filtration process, which quickly refills the storage tank. I am thoroughly satisfied with this product. Additionally, the complimentary installation service was a breeze and was completed in no time. Overall, I immensely recommend this water purifier for its efficiency, convenience, and reliable performance.

I have been using this product since last 3 months now. So far it’s been working fine and no issues. Sometimes water smells bit different but tastes good. Also service was quick enough and gave detail explanation while installation.

The purifier is of good quality and it is working fine so far. Installation service was also very good.

It’s better and hassle free unlike other brands

I ordered this water purifier after a little research. As I live alone & it suits to my need. And it was available in my location ( I was in hurry so I didn't give much thought)After it was delivered, I started talking to AO Smith and Amazon regarding installation. Before placing the order, I had checked the description...the name of the city has mentioned in the list, where I am expecting installation. Also It's mentioned here that the installation will be free and they told me same when I talked to the Amazon customer support.But AO smith has been playing games....first they told me that "we don't serve in that area we can't do installation" Later, when I explained them everything that it is mentioned there in product description & all. then, they finally said "OK! It will be done but it will be chargeable and you have to pay for it"So, Again I inquired to Amazon and told the case they assured me that it will be free only and just wait for 24 hour we will look into it.But it's been 6 days now and I have been talking to every single guy who is related to AO Smith. I spoke almost 5-6 guys. And have been communicating repeatedly to Amazon also. But I didn't get any satisfactory answer or a solution. Purifier is not installed yet.They don't even agree to give it in written that "they will not install"It's tiring and I feel exhausted. I've got other things to do in life. And I have been spending approx 1-2 hour everyday in communicating with these people just to get it installed.I don't know what to do but it sucks. I would suggest Never buy a product from AO Smith which requires installation are service things.Because they are just there to sell their products they are not there to help you if you need. And also their sales executive have no idea about their product. I tried to enquire about the product, if it has a UV filter and how it is placed?.. and what it is made of ?.. etc They don't have a clear answer. One guy tells something and the other guys tells something different.Buy & Get it right..if you're lucky enough. No service after sale.

The purifier itself works good, the installation was swift by the brand team. I would have given it as a 5 star only if there was a water flow controller and the button is usually a hit or miss as it is not exactly a touch enabled button, it requires a bit of pressure so the mechanical switch inside the purifier gets activated.

Like the quality, appearance and ease of installation of the water purification unit. They mention that it works well, has a very good build and that the blue light at night looks beautiful.
