I'm 74 and love Legos. This was fun to put together and lovely to look at. Be sure to get the light kit. It's exquisite! It took me three days to put it together, but the directions are all pictured. It kind of makes your fingers sore with the tiny Lego blocks, so take a break.

I recently dove into the world of LEGO with this botanical garden set, and let me tell you, it was a delightful escape from my usual routine. The intricate details, from exotic plants to the rotating butterflies under the transparent dome, made the assembly process both challenging and rewarding. ​ Midway through building, I found myself so engrossed that I almost watered the plastic plants—talk about getting into character! However, with over 1,000 pieces, it did take up a fair chunk of my weekend, but hey, who needs social plans when you have a greenhouse to construct?​ In the end, this set not only brightened up my living space but also provided a serene building experience. Highly recommended for those looking to cultivate both patience and a beautiful display piece.​

I bought this prouduct with my Easter money and I love it. The box was smaller then I expected it to be. I had a lot of fun building it. It took me around 2 hours to build and I am 11. I had no problems with building it, the instructions were very detailed. There were less actual plants then I thought there would be. You can't see it in the pictures, but the pond is 2 layers. It is really cool. You can look through the light blue clear pieces to see coy fish and a frog. Overall I really loved this set. It was overpriced but that was okay. 5 star!

This lego set is from Friends series, ideally for kids, age range is 12+, However I bought it for my 8 years old, who is lego fanatic and his building skills in lego are advanced. It is a great set if you are thinking to build a lego city, lego gardens and greens and themes have to do with nature, cities, gardens! It has nice flowers and trees, the clear parts to build the building of the garden with the white makes it classic luxury, the design is unique and it could compare to the Botanical Garden from Icon series Lego has. I bought two sets, not only one, cause it has the ability to make it bigger by adding a second garden next to it, and with some extra parts, and the two sets you can build great garden. It is a set that my kid will love to build and rebuild and after he grows up he could do custom garden with the two sets. Great christmas gift, price was amazing deal!

I'm not usually a fan of Friends sets, but this one is nice. I never intended to keep it built as intended, so I took it apart and started free building, combining with my other parts. Now I have one elongated building and another round dome one. I did have to buy extra pieces to do that though, because both the dome and rest of building are open in the back. I've heard of folks buying two sets to get a bigger building that is enclosed all the way around. Some of the Friends buildings are a bit simple or garish colours, but this one could fit in with other buildings sets, like the city, creator or modular ones. The dollhouse style open back does make it easier to put the figures inside, but the building is a bit crowded to really play a lot inside. Considering the scale they did a good job with the plants. I love the use of saxophones as pitcher plants and the mohawk as part of the bird of paradise flower. The turning knob to move the butterflies around is a bit of a gimmick. Just as easy to take the mechanism off and pose the butterflies on the plants. The landscaping and the pond are nice, as is the waterfall forming a wall of the building.
