NuFACENuBODY - Body Toning Device,1 Count (Pack of 1)

I really haven’t had it long enough to see a difference, but I’ll update this review after I see results. I can say that I’m disappointed that such an expensive device didn’t come with a carrying case.

Update: Amazon is sending me a new device. After my second call to customer service. They realized that I was correct about NuFace company not answering calls. Yay Amazon!Previous:If I could give minus stars on this purchase, I would. Amazon is not the place to purchase an expensive device like NuFace.I love NuFace and this is the 4th device I have purchased, but after 6 weeks, the on/off switch on my NuBody stopped working. And while I called Amazon customer service, and they sent an email to the company, I continue to sit here at the beginning of summer with no device to use.I purchased in April to prepare for summer activities. Amazon only gives a month on returns on this $400 product.According to the NuFace website, my device is good for returns for 60 days.I once purchased a NuFace product from Macy's and returned it with no problems.NuFace is wonderful and I loved the results from the NuBody, but if you don't purchase directly from the NuFace website or a department store, you're in for some poor customer service.I have called the NuFace company 4 times and get directed to their voicemail every time. Also, they answered the email that the Amazon customer service sent them, asking for a copy of my Amazon invoice and the serial number of my device, which I sent in yesterday in a return email. Nothing. I have heard nothing. The return message was that they had a high volume of emails. . . . .I have been a regular Amazon customer since 1999, and this is the first time I have had a problem.I am not happy. What a nightmare.

I did not like the price

I'm a slender person but I'm in my early forties and the batwing started to show up. I thought this product would be the thing to change it.I really committed myself to this product. I wasted about an hour a day with it and I bought the Nutone gel almost weekly (these expenses add up quick). There was zero change to my body and I finally started working out my arms. I returned this item.I got a much better result from simply doing arm exercises for five minutes every other day. That beats spending an hour everyday with this product and hoping it might work.Wouldn't it be great if we could all wave a "magic wand" and tone up? This isn't the product that does it. Exercise will take you much further in a much shorter time period.

I've been using this for 3 months and see a major improvement in my thighs and belly. The areas aren't smaller, but I'm on the thinner side and very active so I wasn't looking to lose weight, just something to help me get rid of cellulite and this has worked. I've used for 10 mins (5 on each thigh) while watching TV and when I have time I use for 5 mins on my stomach. I just ordered more of the gel, but the one that came in the box lasted a good amount of time

It’s a bit expensive, but I love my NuBODY as much as my NuFACE. You have to be diligent, but this does stimulate blood flow, which helps create collagen. I’m 68. I’m not taking this aging stuff lying down!

I have the newoface which works. I bought this hoping it would do the same for my body as it did for my face but have seen if no improvement.
