We are happy to offer you a full refund for damaged or faulty goods, (including shipping costs) provided the goods are returned within 14 days from receipt of your delivery. However, please be aware the goods must be unopened and unused. Once received by us then we shall issue a refund for the cost of goods. If the item is returned due to an error on our part then the delivery charges will be refunded. Otherwise customers will be liable for all postal costs. Please ensure all returnable items are adequately re-packaged so as to prevent damage in transit. Returned items which have been damaged due to poor re-packaging will incur a repair fee. In the unlikely event your goods are received damaged, please email us at [email protected], within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement.
