So this is a quite good supplement which got very popular lately. Turkesterone is intended to help muscle strength, reduce recovery time, and boost metabolism. These capsules are easy to take. At a dosage of 2 a day, you'll have a month or 3- month supply. Each daily serving contains 1000mg of Turkesterone which is really good. It does take some time for this to build up in your system and have really noticeable results. If you just take it once and expect an amazing workout the next day, you'll be disappointed. But even after the first time, you can feel a difference in your body's performance according to my partner. He no longer suffers from the afternoon slump that used to drag him down. This boost in energy has made a real positive impact on his daily life. The product seems reasonable value for money, with how it is priced. I can only suggest you give it a try for yourself, to see whether it aids your workouts and goals.

My reviews of Turkestrone would have to cover that it is not necessarily a miracle cure-all, and that studies are unclear on its effects, and even the name itself is a bit misleading....but that would be unfair to this product, as the market has a need and this seeks to fill that. With that caveat aside, this is a good product, the ingredients are of good quality and seem to be reliably sourced. The mg is a good dosage, the pills are of good quality and easy to swallow, with a decent flavour. Effects, seems to work, I've noticed increased energy and performance both at work and in the gym, no way to reliably measure my t levels but I trust it. Well packaged and good value compared to the market as a whole.
