We add just the right amount of orange oil to our Belgian 70% dark chocolate, and when it's nearly set, add a small sprinkling of crushed fruit candy cane. This is unique to Robins and Sons chocolate crackle, and adds a wonderfully subtle texture to the chocolate bar. So after the initial fruity aroma that hits you upon unwrapping, your tastebuds are teased with smooth, rich chocolate, sweet orange, and intensely fruity little candy cane nibs..........
