Upgraded 190 Bottles Wine Cooler Refrigerator,24 Inch Wide Wine Fridge with Professional Temperature Control System, Freestanding or Built-in installation, Quiet Operation

This is an update to my previous review. This update is about the actual product instead of the delivery process. This is my 3rd wine fridge purchase. I have an Element by Vinotemp and a Wine Enthusiast. Of the 3 fridges, this most recent one is by far the quietest. I have had it for almost 1 month now and I have been monitoring the temperatures. The temperatures have been holding very consistent. The shelves are very sturdy, are easy to slide in and out, and allow for different sizes and shapes of bottles. It is a very good looking unit and the blue interior lights are very cool to look at when they are turned on. The capacity is great. I do not think that I will be running out of wine storage space ay time soon. Once again, as far as this unit is concerned, I think that it is a quality product.The product is great and the reason that I am giving a 1 Star review is because how the delivery was executed. This wine fridge is a very large item weighing approximately 200 pounds. I was notified by RXO delivery that they would be delivering my item on 4-2-25 between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM. I had my wife waiting at home all day for the delivery. We prepped the area just as in the instructions provided on Amazon. I ran an errand and when I returned, there was this big 200 pound wine fridge sitting in my driveway. They did not bring this unit inside our house. They did not even ring the doorbell to let us know that it was here. It is interesting that our doorbell is rung for a small package, but we were not notified that our $1200 wine fridge was here. I called RXO and they deflected me to Amazon at which time I was told that there was nothing that they could do about the situation. And then I was asked if there was anything they could assist me with. Seriously???? Fortunately, my wife is strong as an ox and we got a hand truck and maneuvered the very large item into our house at which point we had to get it off of the pallet, unwrap it, and set it up. This was definitely a 2 person job.So far this wine fridge seems to be working great. Temperature is holding consistent, the unit is quiet, and the unit looks great. Buyers beware though that this unit will be dropped off in front of your house and that is it. You will have to figure out how to get it inside to the spot where you want it to be.

I had 6 e-mail exchanges with Velieta over the course of a week. The wine refrigerator was packaged exceptionally well but was delivered on its side and the box indicated that it should be kept upright. So I first reached out to make sure this wouldn't be an issue.I was told to let it rest an extra day before plugging it in - which I did.Then I noticed that there was fluctuation in the temperature from what the digital readout on the front showed compared to what I set it at. So, I purchased an external thermometer and placed it inside. This caused another variance so I reached out to Velieta once again.I communicated several times and received timely and detailed responses with helpful information. I continued to try different placements of the external thermometer and settings until I felt more comfortable.Then we decided to load the refrigerator with our wine. It took several hours, but everything did end up stabilizing and we opted to keep the external thermometer in there as it is Wi-Fi which allows us to monitor the temperature remotely due to its placement in the home and because we travel. It gives us peace of mind, and we can always have a neighbor adjust it if necessary. But it's been a month and all is good thus far.

Great beverage/wine cooler. Things that are important…1. Shelves do not pull all the way out, they have a stop on them. That keeps you from dumping all the contents into the floor. 2. Shelve grids are narrow enough to keep cans and bottles upright. 3. You can read the temp without opening the door. 4. All shelves on both sides are adjustable. 5. Package very securely for shipping & delivery and only installation was the handles. I had a 24” wine cooler and didn’t need that much space for wine. I bought this so I could keep my coffee creamer, juice, soda, yogurt, sour dough starter plus a couple of bottles of wine.

Product looks great and operates as advertised. Very happy with it.Note that it is heavy and the delivery guys are not supposed to help get it into the house. I hired a local moving company to get it up to the 2nd floor.

Overall good unit. Minus one star because it doesn't auto close or let you know that someone left the door open by beeping. So it gets left open a lot.Also a bit louder than expected. I can hear it all the way in the next room about 35 feet away. Aside from that I really like it.

UPDATE******The company responded to my request on the same day, and then sent me a new control board for FREE! So, they fixed the problem that wasn't their fault, can't get better than that! Installed the new board and the fridge runs like new again.EDIT*******Decided to see if I could figure out what was wrong and it turned out two small lizards crawled up behind the circuit board and got fried, taking the circuit board out in the process. Now I just need to figure out how to contact this company and get a new board. Hopefully they’ll be responsive.Original review:Bought the 24” outdoor beverage cooler and it Lasted less than a year before the compressor went out. Went against my better judgement buying a knock off fridge instead of a name brand. Would not recommend.
