BasicForm Reusable Silicone Food Preservation Seal 4 PCS

I bought these because I’m all for reusing bags until the split and silicone would last a little longer than ordinary plastic. I couldn’t get them open. They are so new that if you try and force them open the split, so can’t be used, and you can spend hours trying the tease them open and the still split. The seller sent me another packet to replace these and they were exactly the same. Rubbish, not worth spending the money on and I didn’t have the heart to go back and tell the seller that these were the same so I threw them all away and bought some non-silicone ones.

Bought a set of these to use with a sous vide water bath. They arrived stuck together, as many others have noted.I soaked them in warm soapy water, and massaged them with the pads of my fingers to tease them open, and two opened up completely in a short time. The other two were more difficult, mostly opening up like the others, apart from a couple of small areas that were more firmly stuck. Perseverance at gently working these areas open eventually paid off, but the inner surface in these stuck areas is not as smooth as the rest of the bag, so possibly these are the result of minor manufacturing defects?All four bags are usable despite these small flawed areas, and have already been used to cook and store things like stewed fruit and vegetables.

Based on previous reviews I was very careful attempting to open the bags. All of the four bags were sealed from the top down which meant that the sides needed to be carefully unpeeled to open the bags. The first one I managed to open successfully, the second bag tore slightly at the top, but the 3rd and 4th bags were completely stuck together from about half way down. I was unable to open the 3rd and 4th bags despite soaking them in warm soapy water, and although I tried to be very careful both tore badly and were subsequently unusable. It's a shame because if you are lucky and manage to get a good batch they would seem to be really useful storage bags.

These started off great - very easy to use, easy to clean & all was brilliant! No need for disposable plastic bags etc.However, after being left unused in the cupboard for a short time they fused themselves together & could not be opened! The silicon ripped & they are now totally useless. I’ve had to throw them away. I won’t be rebuying these ones but may look for others in the future - I will just beware of leaving them in the cupboard with nothing inside to stop them sticking!!

I went to use this for the first time, and the silicone was stuck to itself- I tried to open it very slowly, but it completely tore.The silicone is tough, and I have no doubt this would’ve been a great purchase if they could work out how to ship new ones.See pic of red one- this would tear if I tried to seperate I’m sure.

You have to be REALLY careful of the silicone, two of the bags were so tightly stuck together that when I tried to gently open them, they ripped. (Seller refunded me for those two.) The other two have held up pretty well so far, they are a bit bulkier than I expected but have working well for freezing fruit. The closing rod is pretty tight to start out but does loosen up and get easier to open and close with use.

Well I can't say anything about its usage as I wasn't even able to get passed the opening stages. These bags seem near impossible to open with it ripping apart. Out of the 4bags only 1managed to open without being torn. The others tore apart without anyforce being used. Its a shame was looking forward to using them . I am in the proccess of refunding them.

Really disappointed with these. The are stiff to open and then once the clip is off the bags get stuck to themselves. First time I used then 2 ripped before I could use them. A few months in the rest have also ripped.I bought these to reduce waste and they have certainly not achieved this. Very poor product.

Desafortunadamente no leí las opiniones sobre este producto antes de comprarlo y como a la mayoría de usuarios se me han roto al intentar abrirlas, pensé que era un defecto de mi pedido, pero ya veo que no. El pack que he comprado de otra marca no me ha dado ningún problema.

Un desastre la verdad, las paredes de silicona vienen súper pegadas y al intentar abrir las bolsas y separar la silicona se rasgan. Muy decepcionada con el producto, me parecía una muy buena alternativa reutilizable a las bolsas de conservación/congelación de plástico.

La primera se ha roto todo y que iba con cuidado, la segunda la he metido en agua, pero he visto que se iba a romper.Que les costará meter un separador para que esto no ocurra? Estamos en verano y la silicona viene pegada.Lastima, por que me habrían venido muy bien.

Cuando las compré el invierno pasado estaban perfectas, pero como estaba de mudanza las guardé y no las he utilizado hasta el otro día que las saqué y cual fue mi sorpresa que se habían pegado completamente y se rasgaron al intentar abrirlas. Malísima compra, tirar el dinero a la basura. Ni subo fotos porque ya veo que le ha pasado a más gente.

non sono mai riuscita ad usarlo: ho seguito scrupolosamente le istruzioni, ma le pareti del contenitore erano incollate tra loro in alcuni punti. Alla fine per cercare di staccarle si sono rotte. Tutti i contenitori sono inutilizzabili. Ho acquistato un'altra versione, di altra marca e funziona benissimo, quindi probabilmente il materiale è scadente
