Right off I know that I will not be able to sleep with this collar on or wear it at all. I am a very short person and that may be the problem. The top of the band is rubbing the skin under my chin when I am still, more so if I move my head and more so when I look down. The top also digs into my jaw line. If I bend my head to look down, the bottom presses into my collar bones. I read medical reviews of a collar such as this and the doctors all advised not to wear the collar for long periods as the neck muscles will weaken. "Wearing a collar may cause some weakness of the muscles around your neck, as the collar will essentially be doing some of the work of these muscles. However, when you no longer require your collar you will be advised to gradually remove it and you will be provided with an exercise program to strengthen your muscles again."The size choice is the circumference of the neck, not the height of the collar. I will return mine.

I have some pretty severe neck issues. Eligible for disk surgery but I’ve tried some therapy and it helped. They recommended traction devices and stretching periodically. This one is simple to use, inexpensive and high quality. I’ve used it a few times and while it’s very effective. I wore it doing house work or reading for 20 minimum or so. Great results. Did some light stretching after and I’ve seen substantial improvement. I’m a fairly athletic man and the medium fit well. It wraps with Velcro in the back and then there’s a small strap to give some added tension. The fairly stiff foam is layered with some softer Material to make it more comfortable. Well designed and easy to use. Got some good pops out of my next after use and some stretching. after a few uses you’ll likely need it only every so often. For the price I did not expect a high-quality silk sleeve, but I did expect one that covered the entire brade - end to end. Had to spend an addition $13 to get two that fit correctly.It does the job of supporting my neck until surgery can be done.

This is the second neck brace I ordered - looking for one that was comfortable to wear at night. This Blabok brace works great! I’m finally getting a good night’s sleep, whether sleeping on my side or back. It fits firmly, but not too night (adjustable length with the Velcro fastener)! As others have mentioned, I’ll use it when traveling to prevent “airline neck” when resting on a flight. It’s well constructed and comes with a washable sleeve to cover the front of the brace.

This is not your grandmother’s neck brace. Fast forward to 2024 and you’re feeling great in this new design. I bought this to prevent myself from looking down-after performing Epley Maneuvers- preventing BPPV vertigo. Wore it all day at work and, because of the beautiful navy color, hardly anyone even noticed that I was wearing a neck brace. Mission accomplished. After all…who likes to answer constant inquiries about their neck brace? The brace is also so comfortable that I even forgot that I was wearing it. Got home and didn’t even take it off to go to bed. It even comes with a sleeve that you can use to keep the brace very clean. Buy this and you for sure, won’t be disappointed.

It was too small for a normal size neck. Buy larger than medium size.
