Outstanding
Great, high-quality product. Very comfortable and meets my exceedingly high expectations in an office chair. Don't waste your money on cheaper chairs.

Poorly Made!
I love kneeling chairs. At first it was great, but after just a couple months of use, this one keeps falling apart. I am so sick of chasing down the washers & screws on the floor, and tightening and re-tightening the screws. Merely by sitting on the chair, the screws slowly work themselves out and the cushions fall off. Maybe there was some human error on my part, when I assembled it. But it was working well for some time. I feel so ripped off when I recall how much I paid for it. Now it is just cluttering up my apartment. What a drag! Absolutely cannot recommend. And the price only adds insult to injury.

Nothing like it
I've had this chair for at least five years at home and love it. It's much more comfortable than any other chair to sit in for long periods of time. The fabric hasn't worn out at all and the foam barely has any wear. For the negatives, the bolts that hold the seat on needed to be tightened a few times in the first couple months I had it, but it's been a few years since the last time I had to do that. I also had a problem with one wheel falling out and the bolt getting stripped. I put a little gorilla glue on the bolt and that fixed it permanently. The chair costs enough that I would have hoped to not have those problems, but since they were pretty easily fixed and I like the chair enough, they don't count much against it. I'm about to buy a second one for work.

Bad business people
I am a teacher and work in the Suburbs of Chicago. I thought it would be helpful to be wheeling around the classroom inbetween the kids while we would be in reading groups. However, the chair was cracked. So I called and sent it back. But never received a penny for my return. I even PAID for the return shipping.I spoke with the old man several times and he never did keep his word to return the money. Oh and get this there was a "20%-30% return fee" on something that was broken in the first place.I do not recommend doing business with this company.Highly dissatisfied teacher!Clara

Hard enough to put your rear end to sleep in minutes
This chair's padding looks impressively thick, but sit on it a few minutes, and it gets really uncomfortable. The surface is rough and my shins and rear go to sleep and ache after a very short time. I am a larger person than I should be, so all the extra weight is transferred to my shins. It's a lot to pay for something I can't use. This might work for a slim person.

Comfortable but shoddy
I purchased one of these chairs at the Healthy Back store 7 months ago, and I have already had to exchange it twice. The first time, the rear wheel assembly simply broke off the frame (both wheels were still attached). The second time, a wheel continued to fall out and eventually couldn't be screwed back in. The latest chair they gave me (2 weeks ago) is already having problems: One of the pre-screwed bolts (not one that I put in during assembly) that holds the seat cushion onto the frame fell out, and another one is loose. The right-front wheel is also starting to come out by itself and won't screw back in. Granted, I weigh nearly 210#, but that's well under the supposed 280# weight limit of the chair. All I use it for is normal sitting at my desk (8+ hours at a computer). It is quite comfortable with the Tempurpedic foam knee cushion, and greatly alleviates my sciatica, but the poor durability is ridiculous. I thought I'd write this review to warn others, now that I'm looking for a replacement.

I had my doubts but ...
I suffer from back and neck pain and working 10 hours a day on a computer does not help.I do agree that the first 20 minutes in this chair are very uncomfortable. But I chalked that up to years of sitting in correctly and my body not liking how it issupposed to sit. After a few days of getting used to it, I will never use anything but thistype of chair. My neck and back feel great!

Great way to waste money
I agree with the other reviewers - this chair will fall apart within a couple months. You will have to keep tightening screws, etc. so the pads stay on, and in my case, the bottom part for the knees simply snapped. So now I have a useless piece of junk. I ordered from Cross Country Furniture - and I absolutely DO NOT recommend them as a party to do business with. Slow, unresponsive, and very unfriendly... Plus, they're selling junk products like this chair. Save your money.

Calidad
Esperaba una mejor calidad por el precio. Ya tengo 2 sillas similares. Ambos cuestan considerablemente menos y se construyen mejor. Esta silla debe vender a 60 € no 90 €.

Disappointed customer.
This product was supplied with fixings missing, not one or two but multiple fixings missing, dents on finished surface on polished wood, chipped and splintered wood on a few drill holes,.the product was advertised with damaged packaging but no mention of the very poor overall quality of this product.. very disappointed with this purchase.
