An excellent gift for anyone!
My mom collected all kinds of Willow Tree figurines. She especially loved the angels. When her mother passed the Remembrance Angel was gifted to her. Now that my mother has passed it is one of my most treasured mementos. My friend recently lost her mother and I gifted one to her. She loved it so much. I plan on giving it to another friend that lost his mother (I think this would make a great gift for men too). If you or the person you might be gifting it to are not particularly religious I still think it would make a wonderful gift. Yes it is an angel but the idea of angel can be somewhat universal for anyone to appreciate. I'm sorry that you have found yourself here wanting to remember someone, but this figurine might help on the hard days. <3

They are bigger than i expected. I both both this and the kneeling in prayer one ... I think it says seeking the quiet within for a friend whom lost a loved a lost one. They're beautiful. I love the detail of the peace doves on the dresses most of all. Great quality for the price. Glad I opted for these in lieu of flowers.
