Well made, easy access, just the right size. You can use it for just about anything you want quick access too. Good value, decent camo pattern.

I was looking for a slim profile vessel for my med kit (something that can fit in a small backpack or satchel) and this is about as small as I can get and still fit everything. The elastic tab is nice touch- I fit my gloves, quickclot, sterile gauze, and pressure bandage in it- but it’s not necessary to the design of the pouch. It just kinda sits there and blocks the zipper. Besides the aforementioned gear, I fit an NPA, medical tape, trauma shears, and a bottle of pain killers in the main (and only) pocket without too much squeezing. The molle on the outside is useful to hold administrative gear like a sharpie, chapstick, penlight, etc. the elastic loops for the TQ on the bottom hold it securely but you can easily rip it out in a hurry without damaging the bag. All in all, it’s a simple med kit that’s just big enough for what I need it to hold. So no complaints.

Great pouch. I’m in EMS in a busy violent system. I carry a self defense item. Pad, metal pen, chest seal, and with the loops a TQ. I can even lay flat to intubate someone. If not EMS/TEMS. Great for admin pouch

This is a well-made pouch that can hold a chest seal, tourniquet, narcan and gauze. The only improvement would be a more secure snap closure, but does the job well.

All this is, is a patch holder with a zipper. Can not hold anything inside.
