Great insoles
Very good insoles, really well made, very comfortable to wear. I have flat feet and also suffer of plantar fasciitis. The pain is unbearable at times so I went on a shopping spree and spent about £60 on Amazon on insoles, special socks, trainers etc. So far the only thing that I DEFINITELY KNOW THAT WORKS are these Scholl insoles, I wear them inside my heeled boots and they provide enough relief that I can walk almost without any pain at all. Everything else failed up to date so I'm really grateful I've found these. Cheaper than on the high street too!!!

This hasn't cured the problem but has helped ease it when walking.
This gel insole is very comfortable and I hardly notice it's in my footwear. It hasn't cured my Plantar Faciitis but does help with the pain when walking. If it wasn't so expensive I probably would by a few so that I didn't have to keep changing it from one shoe to another!!

Excellent for Plantar Fasciitis
I have suffered from intermittent plantar fasciitis over a number of years as a result of sports and having a job which involves a lot of time standing. I started using these inserts about 6 months ago to relieve the pain I was suffering from in my heels during the working day. They really do help, and the pain in my heels has all but disappeared. They are easy to fit and can easily be transferred between different pairs of shoes. In addition to using these inserts I also undertook a series of stretching excercises recommended by a physiotherapist. Whilst the inserts alone may not have given full relief, as part of a balanced treatment approach they have proven to be excellent.

As prescribed by the physio
I was told to get this while receiving physio for a torn Achilles tendon. Its purpose is to reduce the impact of a hard surface on the heel, thereby giving the tendon support. As it's apparently easy to re-injure the tendon, I've been told that I'll have to wear the gel heels indefinitely. With continuous use, they need replacing annually so it's not cheap. However, they are extremely comfortable and slightly alter my gait - for the better!

Effective
In recent years my feet seem to have over-pronated, evidenced by flat arches and various aches and pains -ending up with Plantar fasciitis symptoms. These gel pads work well for my needs, at modest cost. Thank you.

Excellent Product
Bought these as I had a very sore plantar fasciitis and after reading online about others solutions bought these from Amazon as they were the cheapest price. They have done the job after a couple of weeks, have had so much relief. Will continue to wear them for a year. They can be moved and re-inserted into other shoes or trainers quickly and easily. So glad to have found this product.

These really helped with my work shoes
I used these to replace the insoles that came with my work shoes, because the old ones were quite thick and padded and I now instead have regular flat insoles with these on top and it works perfectly. It has drastically reduced the knee and back pain that comes with a standing job and hard floors to a point where I can get through the long days fairly painlessly now. The only issue was that I paid extra for quick delivery and DHL just utterly failed to deliver them on time and I ended up going to pick them up myself from the neighbouring town where their pick-up point was after they were already 6 days late on the "express shipping".

Uncomfortable
I have worn orthotics in my training shoes for many years so am aware of the fact that they do take some time to get used to but I really cant get along with these. I bought them because I was suffering from Plantar Faciitis and impact on my heel was really painful. Firstly there are no instructions to tell you which is left and which is right, it should be obvious but it isnt (maybe that is just me). Whichever way I wear them though they just didnt give my heel the cushioning that I needed and dug into the arch on my left foot making it really uncomfortable. The only advantage is that they did fit into a wide range of boots and flatter shoes where my full size orthotics wont and had they given the support I needed and not caused additional pain that would have been perfect.
