The media could not be loaded. I liked it so much I got a second oneOne up one down.One we put in the bathroom one " hides" in the hall for her dignity. ( NOT THAT WE GET ANY ON THE POTTY!It's a dream to clean spray with disinfectant and rinse in Bath or shower..I also have my handy dandy steamer I use on the cool side as well. But my one "cry " is the flush does not move.I would have paid extra for that.But now we can help my grandmother train with no worries about running up or down to get the potty.Again it's cute and that makes it less scary for a 23 month old child who can get upset over strange things

Kid likes it but the toilet roll holder cant really fit the paper on there without forcing it and the flush doesn't move. Other than that it's a potty. Can get better and more fun ones for same price

I can't dislike anything about this problem.It's amazing and easy to assemble. Sturdy and easy to clean.
