Emdiq sleeve for reusable gel is perfect for professional and amateur sportsmen and women who provide sport injury treatment as well as anyone who suffers from regular muscular pain or discomfort. A handy pouch to hold either a hot or cold pack of reusable gel, this sleeve is comfortable, with an elastic and hook & loop fastening, which makes it easy and pain-free to fit and remove. The extra layer of fabric offered by this sleeve means that your skin needn't be in direct contact with either ice packs or heat packs, making your muscle treatment a whole lot more comfortable.
Directions
Insert ice/heated gel pack into sleeve wrap and secure pouch. Stretch and secure the wrap around desired limb/injury area. Adjust band for optimal comfortable pressure.

Stays cold and comfy to wear
Have to say I love this product despite having received it only yesterday. One thing I was looking was a long lasting cold which this absolutely provides. Even without being in the freezer it's cool, but not cold. After freezing the cold lasts a minimum of 20 mins.The stap is fab, personally I have tendonitis in my wrist so wanted to be able to wrap and hold the ice pack in place. I can easily (-ish. This is doing it one handed!) Wrap it around my wrist and secure it well.

Works really well to hold an ice pack to the skin. The fleecing is not quite thick enough though so still put a towel etc underneath to stop ice burns.

Used after having recovered from knee injury/surgery but still suffering from some swelling and pain. Really effective at reducing swelling and some pain. Comfortable and flexible.
