Easy to set up and good quality. Very pleased with it. We've bought an extra handset for use upstairs.

So easy to install and set up, put your contacts on any one of the phones and they install on all of them however many you have. Had three for a while now and no problems at all with any of them. Really good quality and I believe value for money too. Don’t think you can go wrong with these.

Easy to use and very easy to set up and link to other phones.At the higher end of the price scale but this is eased by good build and relibility.

Arrived quickly and was very easy to connect to my existing Panasonic base. Works perfectly — no issues at all. Very happy with the purchase.

I bought this cordless handset with the base as a set the year before last and was pleased with the clear sound and ease of use, including effective call blocking, until I was away and the handset’s batteries ran out of charge. After charging it up, the handset screen had the message ‘Base no power’, and wouldn’t work. I tried re-registering it to the base, without success, and then tried changing the PIN number, cancelling ECO+ mode (it affects the functions), and even unplugging the base from the mains, but the base wouldn’t accept the handset, rendering it useless. Chat rooms were full of comments from people with the same ‘Base no power’ problem, but no answers. Panasonic UK said I needed a new handset, because it was broken, and they didn’t do repairs, so I bought this identical replacement, but it was just the same, refusing to register. I contacted Ligo and they were helpful, but suggested what I’d tried already. As a last resort before giving up, I tried unplugging the base mains again, but also (crucially) took out the back-up batteries in the base at the same time, so that there was no power to it at all. Solved! After I plugged it in again, the base registered the new phone first time, and then the older phone as well. So now I have two handsets, which is a lot better than zero. When you restore the power to the base, you have to reset the date and time, but that’s no great hardship, and your database of phone numbers remains intact. Hope this is helpful if you’ve had the same problem.

A big thank you to the Amazon reviewer with his review of this model entitled, 'Registering problem solved'.I initially had exactly the same issue with my new handset. With 'Base No Power' or 'No link reconnect A/C adaptor' on the screen, my main base phone refused to register my second handset and it would not work ! The instructions did not help either. Could have taken me ages...... Dealers and manufacturers of this product should note this.I did exactly what the reviewer said. I switched the main base phone unit off and took out the batteries. Then I put them back in, switched the phone on again, pressed the Locator button, and it organised both handsets immediately. No problem.That said. This really is a great phone system and being able to use a second excellent handset round the house is a great bonus.
