Tools supplied were needed. Though used a vice to hold watch while moving bars into recesses, a third might be doo also

Installed it on my GA150 watch. It's a very tough process. Just putting the spring bars in is easy, but once combined with the band, they just won't fit in. This is due to the part between the bar and the slot being too thick. I had to manually cut down some plastics to make it fit. And even with that, notice in the picture how the spring bar bends. I wouldn't be surprised that it breaks at anytime. Overall, it's too much of a hassle due to the low quality.

Any replacement of a strap depends on the easy removal of the existing parts. The supplied strap bars were harder to fit onto the new strap than the old ones. whether this is down to a slight increase in diameter i do not know.
