Harp Lessons MP3 CD – Audiobook, MP3 Audio, Unabridged

This book, while it was a cute idea, never grew or explored anything in particular. Every character was predictable, and the story itself was virtually about what a harpist and Irishman talk about while walking around New York. I'm a harpist, and it was the only reason I had any affection towards this book (Do you know how hard it is to find a book with a character who plays HARP?!). Not worth reading unfortunately.

This book was referred to me by a relative and I was looking for some light reading after finishing a very long and intense series of books. This book really hit the spot for me and was a delightful read.I thought the characters were very believable and enjoyed getting to know them with a bit of Irish culture thrown in as well. Unlike other romance novels, there was none of the gratuitous sex but a welcome progression toward a loving relationship. This is a book older children could read and enjoy. I look forward to reading more books by this new author.

I believe this is Shea's first. She really did a good job. Was really interesting. Shea needs to write a sequel to this story - it leaves one wanting more!
