Great product! It’s heavy, strong, and sturdy with an even heat spread. The cast iron quality is excellent and even gives a slight non-stick vibe. Cooking in cast iron not only enhances flavor but also adds a natural boost of iron to the food, which is beneficial for health. Overall, a durable and healthy choice for everyday cooking. For me it's a clean 5/5. People with weak wrist strength have to be a little aware cause its heavy.

Very well made cast iron skillet. Heavy and well made handles. The inner base has a bubble kind of layer made to make it most non stick. Cooks evenly and is very easy to wash. Of course it being cast iron one needs to know the do’s and don’t using it. Overall a super sturdy healthy option. Will order a second one as well.

I'm writing this review after using this pan for 6 months, initially it was good but after 4 months the coating started to break even after washing it gently and taking all precautions. Yesterday to my shock , pieces of coating peeled off like you peel sticky notes off. Very poor quality of this pan. Stahl should be ashamed of selling such cheap quality products for this high price. I feel like cheated. This is so unacceptable. I have paid 3000 bucks and few more for this pan and in just six months it has shown the hidden poor quality. Very shameful and disgusting. I'm attaching pictures of the peelings that came off, very disgusting.

I have moved on to cast iron over nonstick cookware and this is one of the best pan I have used. It’s easy to clean and the handle doesn’t heat up on the stove . Slightly expensive but I guess quality comes at a price.

It's one of the best enameled cast iron pan/skillet I've ever seen. Very well built, very heavy and perhaps engineered to last a long time. Easy to clean and stunning to look at. The cast iron advantage we get here is that it's slow to heat and slow to cool. If this concept of enameled cast iron is used to make Griddles (Tawa) then it would be a game changer in that segment. I can't imagine the thermal properties of a cast iron Tawa without the maintenance (seasoning and re-seasoning). Since the cast iron in this pan/skillet is not in direct contact with the food we'll never be overloaded with iron from our diet either. This is a major USP of enameled cast iron over traditional cast iron cookware. Stainless steel pans can also be used like a non-stick if we understand how to control the temperature of it and this is well understood by kitchen professionals. A quick look-up for 'water bead test' will explain this concept in detail. The other thing I could not really appreciate is that the details of the quality of non-stick coating used or its expected longevity was not described anywhere. They later updated their listing to state that this series uses enameled cast iron as their USP. If you are looking for enameled cast Iron pan/skillet then this is it. But if you are looking for a pure cast iron pan/skillet then look elsewhere. The former is a modern approach suitable for all cook-tops the latter is old school approach for gas cook-tops and OTG. Keep up the good work!

We have been using cast iron since long but the only issue is with the food getting stuck unless you use a lot of oil. This pan is a game changer. Works just like a non-stick pan but its a cast iron. Just a drop of oil to fry an egg. Curious to see how it holds up after couple of uses.

It is what I have been looking cast iron safe to use durable and light weight and rust resistant so user friendly! Perfect worth the cost.

It's not very heavy for cast iron and the aesthetics are amazing and the utility is outstanding. Very Happy with the product. It feels like this may last forever. Hope it does
