There was an issue with the flip top and the seller immediately replaced it. The product now works great, and the seller's response was polite, fast, and very much easy to deal with. Also, my water stays cool even in the front of my cargo van which gets hot in the summer. Great water bottle and I highly recommend.

Had a question if this product is dishwasher safe, received a return email within 2 hours. Had a problem with the soft plastic bumper at the back of the straw, I emailed to know if I could buy replacements, got a quick response that if I provided my order number and address they would send me 2 new straw caps, received them 2 days later Great product, well made, keeps cold things cold and hot things hot.

This is a good value in an insulated cup, but there are better products that have higher quality. I thought from the product description that it came with 3 different tops, but the product I received only was the straw type. The straw that was inside the bottle was a bit too large, and while drinking much too much air would mix with the liquid. The box had another smaller diameter straw which when fitted gave fluid with less air, but still not NO air mixed in. I don't understand why air needs to be mixed into the liquid delivery, I know why air needs to be let in the bottle, but the design is allowing air to mix in with the liquid inside the straw. Overall, a decent insulated bottle, but I have used better.

Very durable bottles! My 9 year old is rough with them, constantly drops them, and they withstand everything he does to them! The hard straw is preferable as it's easier to attach back after cleaning. I have purchased these several times and been very pleased with each purchase.

I love these bottles and carry mine with me everywhere. The top is perfect for adding a carribeaner (the rock climbing-type clips). No joke, I've bought two for myself, the first one I used until it got too beat up and wasn't keeping things cold as long anymore. I've also purchased about 5 others to give for gifts to friends. They really do keep their contents cold. I can put ice in with my water at night and the ice will last into the next evening!

I love this thing. It’s a great price and size. It keeps my water icy cold for hours. Even after sitting in my hot car. It’s really great for work! I’ve got everyone around me wanting one now too and ordering their own.

This water bottle is great! Make sure to get a little straw washing scrub so that you don’t put it in the dishwasher, a lot of reviews have said not to use it. The water bottle works great and I love it

We've been using these bottles for years and own several. I recently ordered a new one (white) and it's bigger than the old ones (even though the description says it's the same size. The quality is still good but the new bottle does not fit under the ice/water dispenser in my refrigerator. Nor can I stand it up (has to lay down or it will break the top inside of the fridge. This breaks my heart as I can't buy anymore due to the size difference. I'm giving 2 stars because the quality is good but the size is now bad. The photos show the difference between the new bottle (white) and one of the old bottles (black).
