Great unit, easy install. You can hire a HVAC company to come pull a vacuum or order a vacuum pump and gages here on Amazon for $100-$150. Unit is precharged and you only have to pull vacuum on the line sets and head units. I've had this unit installed and running for a year now. The heat works great all the way to 6 degrees Fahrenheit out doors. Cooling works great even on 100+ degrees days.the unit is also very efficient as my power bill over all has averaged $40 less each month since install.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought the dual zone 27000btu 18000x18000 unit and an extra 25ft line set. Installation was very easy since I do have a lot of construction and hvac experience. Della provided almost everything I needed, short of the vacuum pump, gauges, and gas. I ran into one small problem common to these dual zone units. I called the Della customer service number on the back of the included manual. A nice, well spoken, young lady answered, took my info and told me that technical support would be calling very soon. Within 10 minutes another nice, we'll spoken, young lady talked with me, and solved my problem within 2 minutes.The unit is cooling and working as advertised now. Thank you Della for providing such prompt, awesome customer support.

This is a great product with wonderful functionality. It was easy to install. The noise level is quiet. The temperature control is the best feature ever… we can turn it on from home before we travel to the lake a house via an app! The weather was freezing and it kept the place warm!For peace of mind we did vacuum the system down, so you will need gages and a vacuum pump. My brother-in-law helped me.

Great system. No complaints. Can be a DIY install , but will need an electrician and HVAC technician to complete install. Love the remote controls. Compared to prices in US, price is great. Same item in Mexico is 3 times cheaper, but with no logistics.

Installed this unit in a rental a couple months ago. We live in the northeast so we have extreme temperature both hot and cold. Even when the temperature was around zero Fahrenheit, this unit still kept the apartment at 74° with no problem. It wasn’t difficult to install. We did have a professional come and take care of the refrigerant. We are happy with the purchase.

Purchased product in May 2024. In less than 1 year, it produced an error code E9. Contacted customer support and they replaced the outside unit. After having it installed it produced an error code E4. Customer support claimed it was low on Freon. I had a HVAC tech check unit and make sure freon amount was correct. I am now being ghosted by Tech support. They will not return my calls to resolve situation. I would not purchase or recommend this brand to anyone.

We some how received a heat pump with 3 hook ups. Good thing we did as the top one was all messed up. You could only have one pump at a time on and it would freeze up in a short period of time. We hired a second person to check it out and found out that the top pump wasn't working properly.(wasn't wired right) This man spent 6 hrs trying to figure it outSo therefore he hooked up the 3rd pump at the bottom and its worked just fine ever since. Thank goodness. Both of the men who installed it said the the directions were easy to follow. Not sure about the efficiency because I don't have anything to compare it to. Noise level is fairly quiet. We do love it now that it running right.
