It's not a deal breaker just a little inconvenience. Otherwise it's perfect and I'm ordering another for other side of bed. Saves endtable space. It looks 100x better up close and personal. It was easy to put together and brighter then I expected. The size was perfect. The price could've been cheaper, but I'm happy. Quality was exceptional. The base is heavy enough to prevent tipping. This isn't a deal breaker but they could have made the foot pedal sturdy like the lamp base instead they used cheap plastic. I'm doubtful on how long the pedal will last.

I also purchased the matching touch lamps and I love all of them. This is very classy looking and I love the foot switch. I do with it was dimmable and had a power switch on the pole as well but overall its a win.
