This kit has made my sourdough baking experience so much easier! I wanted to get into sourdough baking but I was so overwhelmed with how much you needed, I found this and the price was amazing. When it came in, the box was heavy and all the products in it was made really well. It has a little basket in it and a ton of stuff and it all looks so nice. Highly recommend

Great starter set for sourdough baking
These proofing baskets are fantastic! I got into the sourdough trend this year (a little late, I know) and had been using a colander lined with a tea towel to proof my dough in the fridge. These banneton baskets definitely upleveled my game and now let me proof and bake two loaves at once. I just cover them with a shower cap in the fridge and let them proof overnight - works perfectly.They’re lightweight, hold their shape well, and are easy to clean after use. The included dough whisk is also great and makes mixing the starter and dough much easier. Overall, this is a solid set for anyone getting serious about sourdough baking.

Good for beginners
Great kit for beginners. I just started my sourdough journey and ordered this on a whim and it has all the components you need. I particularly use the glass starter jar, the bread scraper etc. I don’t really use the bowl because I find it too small for the loaves I wanna bake but other than that, felt it was valuable for the money
