Video and Audio Downloader PRO 2 software for YouTube – download your favorite YouTube videos as MP4 video or MP3 audio – compatible with Windows 11, 10, 8

090325 I REALLY want to record and save many of my collection of YouTube videos on a micro SD card drive......3 months later later I LEARNED how to use it. Yes, I AM a 'newbie' with regards to saving YouTube videos, but now I think I got it. This program works very well if you're a very meticulous, but it has the tendency to be a somewhat unfriendly program and it's EASY to get errors stopping the download....now I have hundreds of saved YouTube videos large & small that I really value for reference, etc., etc. EARLY EDITION: PROCESS (1.) FIRST, for me, you right-click the YouTube video desired and then (2.) copy the URL into the difficult-to-see prompt onscreen at top of the V+A downloader2 screen (top-left) and (3.) click the Downloader box on far right -- BUT, before you even start this download first you must use the 2nd smaller orange box down on far right to enter a 'copy to' designation on the box that pops up after clicking it (or there will be an ERROR later), and THEN finally hit the 'QUEUE DOWNLOAD'.....if done carefully the copy immediately will BEGIN and you will see (4.) ANALYZING ~~~ POP UP at the down and far right corner of the screen--it will 'wave' as long as Downloader is analyzing, and when done, immediately a (5.) '1 IN PROGRESS' pops up on lower left corner of screen (if you're copying a SINGLE video). ALSO then you will see a count begin up to 100% to completion (just watch the PERCENT count and ignore the hex counts) on the right side, and ALSO you will see the 1st BAR GRAPH begin in addition to the counter, in synch with it, in fact.....bear in mind there will be 2 'download counts', the longest being the primary YouTube video and immediately after (6.) a shorter count up to 100%--this this function will be the shortest part of the download. it's for the transfer to your folder where you want to save the video file--and either one can disrupt the download causing a parsing error, which is WHY I mentioned 'be meticulous'.....I've found this to be a fairly fast transfer to your destination the and a BYTE count is added to your TITLE upon completion. NOW, you are 100% DONE and your saved YouTube video is in your destination folder and really is quite GOOD resolution at 1080p with very good sound too (note the OPTION for automatic sound conversion). Works great. some videos are older and only 720 pixels but are still OK depending on content and value to you, but the 1080 p is great. Just try it with care! I have revised my rating. It is a very good program that just is a little complex, and you must be careful running. THANKS for the product. CHANGE NOTE: I missed some time due to 9 crashes and an online scan/repair company called Fortect keeping my laptop alive through 9 crashes, like the 9 lives of a cat, but this MTvideoDownload program slipped a software revision in on me, as software is so apt to do very easily--OK, another version, but not way too dramatic--the variables called 'ANALYZING', and '1 IN PROGRESS', etc. have moved around onscreen but they still there, somewhere onscreen, or the edges. The primary change is for the better, where program stops while you get to choose what resolution (1080,720, etc) and you need to stay within your video card's resolution capabilities before hitting QUEUE DOWNLOAD' a second time. Not dramatically different and it still works extremely well.....you just may have to remove previous downloaded videos from the screen--or maybe that'll be next revision. OK, it is 'soft' ware after all! Very easy to change for updated versions. I've done the same thing many times myself.......IT happens. Like right now. last edit 11/05/2025 CONCLUSION: NOTHING wrong with this MTcopy2 program no matter which version you use. Latest version is easier to read video sizes in simpler Kb's, Mb's, or Gb's instead of rolling hexadecimals and multiple bar graphs. Review result stands at 5 STARs. I really like it if I'm careful with it....and prefer having 3 windows to run it: Downloader, right-half screen, YouTube top half upper left and destination file lower left half below that. You need that to see the file name inserted on 1st counter & the Byte count added at the end of processing. Just let it finish. Easy peasy. 'final' note---got an update 4 months ago and it worked great. I've still had some bad days and good days up to then.....now every day is extremely good. Probably a thousand or more videos with dozens of long or extra long--the big ones had a peculiar 'stoppage' at ~95-97% catching up on calculations I guess, but ONLY a 'pause', not a 'stop'-- I also had errors in 2 long ones (my computer memory bumping into MAX and erring) but kept them going by right-clicking on the hard-to-see error message on-screen and choosing the top choice 'resume download'......works great. Good videos, if you have high resolution -- but stay within your video card's resolution limit. Every download is successful now. Nothing I can see is wrong with this product now. Same as other reviews...it works for a short time then it stops working. Definitely not what I was expecting. If only the money I paid worked for a short time then stopped working...that would be a good trade off. Do not waste your time with this software.

terrific i was able to capture all the 4K 3D video fractals i can use for ideas & I am learning how to make others. so your product greatly helps my education my internet is up & down, so i really can't learn what i need to on=line.

Ordered YouTube Downloader from Amazon thinking I would have reliable software for downloading since all the online downloaders seem to quit working after a time. Received it promptly and installed it assuming it would work. It did not.! Tried to download a YouTube and it would just shutdown. Contacted the company and received an email saying they were having problems with the software and would have it working in two or three days. If they don’t get it going I will return the software. I was really disappointed that it didn’t work out of the box. October 8, 2024 After they fixed the program which they did in a couple of days it now works wonderful. I love the program. Now In January 2025 I did an update and its quit working again. Hope they will fix the update. Feb 2 They fixed and updated software and it worked for a few days and now it has quit working again. Seems to be a very unreliable company although they are still selling it on Amazon. When it works it works great but that is part time.

expecting this to be a cool replacement for my app i have used for years, guess what the expectations are low as it take a long time to download a video, and some you cant even download as my other apps do, i have tried a couple of times and have given up and gone back to the app i use, it will need more updating for this to be the ultimate in video or music downloader it claims it is, not for me and in reality i dont see it advancing much.

I can only speak for my experience with this software. It works! From the get-go, as soon as I received it, I installed it in my laptop, then proceeded to download a file from YTB. It worked flawlessly. Better than the other two programs I have been using in the past. Verdict: Downloader Professional works as promised!

C’est un logiciel qui nous permet de conserver les documents de Youtube sur les disques de l’ordinateur. Ces enregistrements que nous pouvons faire une bibliotèque par sujets, historique, artisriques ou tout autre.Très utile. Je le recommande. Màj sur le commentaire précédent : ce jour24 Oct 2025. un an après l’installation de ce logiciel, il ne fonctione plus depuis une semaine. Au cours de l’année passée, il y eu 3 mises à jour proposées, on sait pas pour quoi, le résultat est qu’aujourd’hui ça ne fonctionne plus. Le programme ne se lance plus, plus rien ! Dans la vente rien n’est dit qu’il faut renouveler le contrat. Cet arrêt brutal de fonctionnement laisse à penser que cet editeur de logiciel n’est pas sérieux. Je laisse aux autres utilisateurs de juger leurs appréciations, mais moi je dis simplement que c’est totalement inadmissible de vendre un tel produit. Je l’abandonne définitivement.
