it works well and it was really easy to install on my steam deck, and the speed is way better then the 64gb emmc storage on my steam deck.

There's not a lot to say here except that this drive worked perfectly. I needed a spare drive to test out a new version of Linux, and this drive was both inexpensive and perfectly functional.

good SSD and fits well

This had a few more hours on it than expected but the SMART stats show only 1% used so I'm not likely to wear it out. I did some testing (thrashing it with disk benchmarks) to make sure it was operating well and I encountered no problems. The product was shipped promptly and well packaged too. This was an excellent upgrade for my surface laptop go 2. Didn’t wanna spend a ton of money as this is not a performance rig, just needed more space on the go

Item packaging isn’t right. It looks like it was salvaged from an old device. Refurbished and no box or at least anti static bag. Hence, The price should be lowered to 50% or need my money back!

I found that this Kiokia BG5 ssd wasn’t compatible with the surface pro 8 after spending a lot of time trying to get it to work best I got was cloning my existing drive and keeping a power cord connected but as soon as no external power wasn’t connected device would crash. It would seem the surface pro doesn’t output enough power when just using battery power. I was going to send drive back but decided to test it in the steam deck and it works perfectly in the steamdeck so ended up putting my steamdecks ssd in my surface pro and the new drive in the steam deck.
