Great Product

It worked really well until I received something other than the ginger. Something flowery smelling yet in same bottle with ginger label. There should be better checks in place to prevent this from happening to someone else.

This upset my stomach so I couldn't eat but it heightened my libido.

3 people in my household take Black Ginger.All of us just take 2 vs the 4. We are on our 3rd or 4th bottle.Myself, (33f) I started taking for weight loss and increasing muscle tone. I don’t know if it has help with “weight loss” per se but it has helped me loose inches and tone up.Has no taste to me personally as it is in a capsule and I just take it with water.My husband, (34m) had a physical job until he had a career ending injury. He has since switch to truck driver. This has kept all of his muscle tone, if not increased his muscle mass.My son (13m) started taking it and I thought it definitely couldn’t hurt while he is going through puberty. Granted yes I expected him to increase muscle mass while he is going through puberty, but the boy has a solid 6-pack with very minimal workouts.Coincidence that we all have been taking this for the last 3-4 months and have noticeable increase in muscle mass/tone. Maybe?But I would definitely would 10/10 recommend it!You could probably get faster results taking the recommended dosage, but I always start any new supplement with a lower dosage just in case anyone has any side effects. (None to report on this one)
