A Guide for a Professional or Personal Reset
This is an insightful and informative guide. Dr. Warner shares her own personal and professional journey and reset, which lets the reader know “she’s been there too!” “The Reset” was instrumental when I was considering retirement. The chapters’ Points to Ponder,Insights and Recap were thought-provoking. The exercises enabled me to gradually reach my own conclusion regarding retiring( I did!). It even gave me clarity as to when I should do so. I highly recommend “The Reset” when contemplating a professional or personal change or even if you feel a reset is needed but don’t know exactly what it might be.

Game me the ability to reflect on my past & present
This book is packed full of observations and strategies from someone who truly understands what it's like to be overwhelmed. Toni packs each chapter with good questions and plenty of space to write in answers—effectively transforming what would be just another self-help book into a practical workbook. It's beyond that though. Throughout reading the chapters (which are designed to be paced) she asks good questions that have helped her overcome moments of doubt and uncertainty and allows the reader to engage in their own limiting beliefs and make it through to the other side. This book does what is intended, to help you reset your limiting beliefs and take control of your environment and all of the negative patterns holding you back.

A must-read!
The Reset is a great book to help you become un-stuck and overcome unhappiness in your life/career. Warner uses her own real life examples to make the steps easy and understandable for anybody to use. Her guided prompts are incredibly helpful in identifying what you don't want, so you can figure out what you do want! I highly recommend this book!
