RENPHO Eyeris 1 Eye Massager with Heat, Heated Massage Eye Mask

My eye doctor told me to do warm compresses on my eyes daily to help relieve my dry eye. He sold me a compress that I should simply heat in the microwave and apply to my eyes for 15 minutes. I don't know why... but it just seemed to be more than I could accomplish daily. When watching TV in the evening it seems to defeat the purpose to cover your eyes, and when going to bed it was inconvenient because the microwave was on a different floor. I bought an electric compress but it was useless, never heated to any temperature that felt warm... so I just didn't do it regularly. I've bought a few Renpho products and been very happy with all of them. The price is reasonable and they work! I noticed this eye mask on the Renpho site and thought I would try it out. It wasn't too expensive, and I know most Amazon items have a good return policy so if it didn't work I would make a point of returning it. Well it works great! The warmth is perfect. You can feel it is quite warm, but just short of being too warm. It stays warm for the entire compress period, which is more than I can say for the microwaved product. It also provides a nice massage with airfilled pads, sort of like my massage chair. The massage is quite firm, and might be offputting to some, but I find it a good pressure (I believe it's adjustable, but I've never adjusted because I like it as is). I keep it next to my bed, charge it daily, and use it every night as part of my going to sleep routine. I really love it.

This is so beautiful, and a life changer. The massage literally gets me to sleep every time. The quality of this massager is top of line and will be something I will make sure I own for life. Especially being a migraine sufferer.

This works magically. It’s like someone put a warm towel over your eyes for a nice massage. The pressure is really impressive, temperature is perfect, default music is actually nice, and the vibrations are hypnotic. My only complaint is that the buttons are very hard to use when wearing this device. They’re smooth, round indentations on the outer surface that are touch sensitive, so if you’re searching for them blind with your fingers, you can accidentally change something pretty easily. So you have to make all the setting changes before putting it on, meanwhile the session has already started. But that’s it, totally not a deal breaker for me.

I have extreme dry eye due to blocked tear ducts and almost 5 years ago my ophthalmologist prescribed using the Bruder mask 5-7 evenings a week to help alleviate the blockage. Every year I get in a bit of trouble with her for not using it as much as I should, but it's inconvenient for me to try and remember to heat it up in the microwave. I am up much later than my husband and I don't want the noise to wake him up so I forget to use it. I'd long been looking for an alternative and several internet searches led me to the Eyeris. I've been using it on average every other night before bed and love it. With the heat and massage it accomplishes the same thing, but somehow better, than the Bruder did and I don't have to get back up or use the microwave to use it. The other evening I had gotten something down in my eye while mowing the lawn and after trying to flush my eye it appeared to be lodged in my duct. I used the heat-only mode (don't use pressure and massage if you have debris in your eye!) and it caused enough tear production the offending grass made its exit without me having to dig for it. I appreciate the Bluetooth so I can listen to my own music, but the onboard music isn't bad on its own. I've seen complaints about the buttons, but once I knew where they were I haven't had any issues with them. My only quibble is that the unit itself is top to bottom wide enough that it does creep down my nose a little with the massage enabled, but I have a short nose bridge so it's more of a me problem than a device problem. I love this thing so much and can't wait to tell my doc about it. Highly recommend!

I had another eye massager that died a year ago. My friend bought the Renfro Eyeirs 1 massager, so I decided to give it a try. I'm not sorry at all. I love this and use it every night before bed. It has helped so much with sinuses and migraine. I would buy it again. It also helps me to get to sleep with the heat and massage.
