Finally a battery that works!
Finally a battery that works! I returned 3 other 'new' batteries from other sellers because they didn't give me more than 90 minutes of charge even after trying to 'condition' them per HP recommendations. When I first put this battery in, I only got 120 mins, but then I followed HP's directions and ran the battery to 0% and recharged to 100% (I did this twice), and now I'm getting more than 4 hours of battery life! I am hoping the more I use it, the more life I'll get out of it. In short, I am very satisfied with this battery from this seller.

Compatibility and good quality.
The battery arrived weel packed, with tools and clean. I connected to my old laptop and it worked fantastic, I am still in the process of charging/discharging but it's working fine.

Good customer service
I had ordered the battery and installed. About a month later it would no longer take a charge. Contact with the seller was made and I was given a credit for a replacement. The replacement arrived, was installed and is working fine.

Well worth the minimal cost
Ii wasn’t able to run my laptop without having it plugged in. This battery now allows me to run my laptop on battery power again and I am so happy! The battery charge lasts a good 2-3 hours which is about the same as it did when I first bought it. Replacing the battery took me 15 minutes and it was so easy. The hardest part would have been getting that back cover off. There is a trick to it so watch a YT instructional video first that deals specifically with that process. The cost is minimal so do yourself a favor and just do it.

Works for few hours
Battery life was decent like for few hours based on the applications you will run but does not work as well as the battery that came with the original laptop. Certainly ok to buy if you do not have a battery that charges well at all certainly something is better than nothing. Also I could not edit my feedback i mistakenly gave about the seller. They shipped the item in a good condition and i received the item as promised.
