These are fantastic. I only bought 50 thinking they would probably be sub par.. but I just ordered 100 more. Good quality heavy duty lag screw. I feel comfortable enough with 4 of the in each post on my deck that im not going to put any bolts in. These worked great

These are great when putting up a heavy duty fence. We used 6 x 6 posts that held together well. Plus, the screw head looks great against the wood!

I needed a strong lag to hold spring loaded farm gates up, but they couldn’t have too thick of a head. These worked great! I’m actually going to suggest these to the manufacturer instead of what they currently supply.

I was surprised how easy it was to install these 8" screws and the flat tops make it easy to mount them flush. The was no end splitting on the edges of 4x6s. However, some of them were not straight and wobbled quite a bit during install - you'll need to hang on. Also, it was obvious that some of the coating was compromised during shipping. I'm not sure how that may impact the life of the screws in pressure treated timbers. Same comments for the 6" screws.

Bought these for a heavy duty work bench. Loved them for that. Then used for rim joist repair on my house after I found some rotten, punky sections. Then used them for securing a board to a 4x4 post so that I can jack the pole in concrete up out of the ground. The one set I used repeatedly took a severe beating during the 6 poles I extracted. They rented when over loading Vice shearing like typical screws.I highly recommend these.
