My nails were too weak and this product has helped them get strong. Although I cook and clean everyday, they haven’t break. I also have severe hair loss but after about 3 weeks of consistent use, my hair loss seems to decrease a lot. I also notice my skin is softer. I value and care about the high quality of this product and that it comes from grass fed and pasture raised cows, it matters a lot! And also, that it has a clean ingredient list, no fillers or anything less. The price of this is incredibly good! It is well worth the investment. It dissolves easily, I consume it everyday with Greek yogurt.

I am 39yrs old. I am very very against putting things in my body before they are needed because then your body becomes reliant on the new and stronger substance instead of producing its natural way.That being said I am in the final stages of battling breast cancer and about to have a hysterectomy because my cancer was hormones based. By doing this and being on hormone blockers for the next 10yrs to create menopause I need to start using this now. The major and most common side effects are skin dryness/cracking and bone and joint pain and deterioration. Plus mild hair loss or thinning. I already take beef liver pills, vitamin E, ashwagandha, ginger root, probiotics, mineral supplements, magnesium. Now I have been approved to implement collagen for additional support in my body. I am starting out slow with 1 tablespoon in my coffee every morning and I will increase over time to the 4 that are recommended. Again I don't want my body getting too used to it where it no longer is effective. But so far it is working nicely and I notice a difference in my hair and skin. My skin is softer and my hair is feeling stronger if that makes sense. I know I have only been taking it for 2 weeks however with the strong meds I am on this is a very big deal for me.It truly has no flavor so it blends well with everything. Now I will advise if you use cream in your coffee (I use either organic half and half or heavy cream) mix your tablespoons in with the coffee first and then add your cream. If you add cream first and then the tablespoons it will not blend but instead separate and it makes the coffee chunky. You are welcome. I rate 10/10

I have been taking thiss for a couple of weeks, and I am already seeing results. My hair is thicker, and my nails are stronger. I had previously tried other hair, skin, and nail vitamins that didn't help at all, but I am excited about this. It works great, and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a good hair, skin, and nail supplement.

Although product is as advertised on the label, I have had 5 shipments of this product and find it to be inconsistent in color and ability to dissolve. 3 of the five were white in color and dissolved as described. 2 have been yellow in color and clump very badly regardless of the temperature of the liquid I was putting it into. I am not sure why this is the case, but this has been my experience. I am otherwise happy with the product and its results so far.

Tasteless, easy to use collagen, I wish is wasn't in plastic, but other than that it is great, it dissolves easy, it is a good quality with out an obivious smell.

Good quality, not grainy at all, sits well in the stomach and made a noticeable change in my skin hair and nails. I have this on subscribe.

This is a solid product and 100% dissolves in my coffee each morning allowing me to get my collagen in every day.

I'm not sure of the efficacy of this product yet as I have just started using it. It does mix in well to my coffee. The reason I'm only giving it two stars is because it requires 2 tablespoons in order to get 9 g of collagen. That is a lot of powder! so instead of just putting one scoop in my coffee like I'm used to with other collagen powders, I have to look for another opportunity during the day to get another tablespoon into something
