What is the weight limit for this changing table?

You could probably Google an actual limit in the documentation but it would have to be a massively heavy baby to break it. This thing is sturdy with big metal bars underneath the board that then has the cover over it where the baby gets changed.

How many pounds does it hold up to?

Regardless of the specs, this thing is built very sturdy and I imagine would be up to or over 60 lbs easy. However the only concern I would share is the distribution of weight, if the holder of supplies on the side or the shelves underneath are tilted to one side, The additional weight on top might cause an inadvertent toppling over of the whole thing. Just be cautious with the distribution of weight throughout in the center of the changer and you should have no issues - assuming you aren’t changing an older child - really only built for babies and NOT meant to support small, heavier children
