It hurts the armpits
It does helps a little bit but it burns your armpits so it’s impossible to wear it for more than 5 minutes. One star, it’s a waste of money .

wear this at home
I wear this when I am working from home. It seems to fit okay and support my upper back, but still, it isn't always comfortable. I say to wear it at home because I wear it over my clothes to keep the straps from rubbing on my skin. This brace helped me to realize just how bad my posture is/was. I wear it a little at a time or my muscles wear out easily.

Seems to be helping my posture
One of my flaws that my wife criticizes (there's quite a few - we men are very flawed) is my posture. So I ordered this to see if it might help. This is my first experience with a posture corrector. The included instructions are sketchy and not well written. It took my wife and I a while to figure out how to put this thing on. But once in place, it does apply some mild resistance if my shoulders start to slouch forward, reminding me to sit up straight. It’s basically a feedback device. When you start to slouch you feel it, and this sends feedback to your brain so you then straighten up. I do feel this one under my arms, but I’m willing to accept that in trade for improved posture. It's black, so I don't think that it would be hidden under a light colored shirt. Bottom line: does it help my posture? The answer is yes, although I’m thinking now that I may end up trying a few different styles of posture correctors to see what feels most comfortable and works best for me. Finally, I have 2 suggestions for the seller: (1) this page would benefit from a video showing clearly how to put the thing on, and (2) consider also selling a lighter colored version that could be worn under light-colored clothing.

Watch you lower back posture and feet! Fits Women's size 10/12/L with plenty of room to spare
The first day I wore this, I had significant lower back pain and needed to remove it after about an hour. I looked up proper use, and I realized that I was crossing my legs more and arching my lower back instead of sitting at a more neutral position. It has been significantly more comfortable since I realized what I was doing to make it hurt.I work from home. I wear this over my clothes. It rubs my armpits too much if I try to do this under my clothing. It is fairly comfortable for what it is. It is padded, it is breathable and adjustable... No complaints there. I can wear this the entire day comfortably now. I have noticed that I will occasionally start leaning to the side instead of slouching when I'm getting tired, but it's uncomfortable so I stop almost immediately.I haven't noticed a significantly straighter posture yet when I'm not wearing the brace, BUT it has made a huge difference to how I normally sit at my desk.

Don't make my mistake
Unless your body is exactly like the picture there is no way this will fit you in any comfortable way.No real instructions provided. The straps are impossible to tighten. Then when tight they are riding up your armpits.

Ok. On the large size.
This posture corrector is just ok. I do think I am going to "upgrade" to one that has more total back support to it. However, this is a good start for now.It is still chilly so I have been wearing it over a sweatshirt so, for me, I have not had any issues with it hurting or digging into my armpits. Maybe it is because of the thicker sweatshirt though. It isn't uncomfortable. You do need to make sure the little back area is straight and low enough (where it should be between shoulder blade area) or it will not work or feel right. I had to look in the mirror to make sure it is correct in the back.I am a petite woman and it is very close to being too large for me. I have the straps about as far up as they can go on the velcro. If you are very small and thin it may be too large.

Design needs work
I have a tendency to slouch, and with a desk job, it was causing some issues. I found this brace to be a little oddly designed, too short in the back, and difficult to maneuver into. The straps are also awkward to adhere. Once you do get yourself into it, however, it does the job. So it's not great but not awful overall.
