Cheap and easy. Not sure how the chrome will hold up.
When the washers in the valve begin leaking in the closed position it only makes sense to replace the handles. It remains to be seen how well the chrome will hold up. Unfortunately, the little plastic caps are flimsy. Two were discovered cracked and useless upon unpacking the parts.

After 6 yrs we had to change the old handles. One of them was broken and the others had hard water on them.. I hated it so much.. buying these replacement were just perfect..
