But you must be aware of eating the seeds. They are extremely bitter due to drying. The ends have a faint hint of bitterness. I love fresh kumquats, but, they are hard to get, so I tried this product out of desperation. I eat orange rinds for the pectin and kumquat rinds are so naturally sweet that I prefer them.
