A great replacement for my big box store toilet handle that started sticking open after a few years. The metal handle is well made and matches my other brushed nickel fixtures. The rest of the assembly is made of plastic of decent quality. The design is well thought out and was easily adapted for my setup. No bending or swearing required. I watched the install video linked in the instructions and had it in place in 10m. I needed an adjustable wrench to remove my old arm, otherwise no tools are required.

Real metal handle! I have an Amerian Standard Tank 4112 which is a pain in the rare. I had to adjust the arm to make sure it fits the tank, but thankfully the arm is easily adjustable! It's made in the USA. Yay

I love these so much! I never thought I’d be excited about a toilet handle, but these add a nice touch to any bathroom. They are very solid and are easy to install. I’ve replaced all my handles with these.

I wanted a metal handle as I hate how most of the plastic ones feel. I like the shape and feel of this one. Also nicer to look at compared to many of the painted plastic options. It's sturdy and works well. No issue with fit on our basic American Standard toilet. Was easy enough to install and attach to the toilet and flushing system.

I love this handle. I've tried all kinds of other handles that you purchase from Lowes but they would all get stuck and leave the toilet running. This one is better made and doesn't have the ability to get stuck. Don't buy the used b/c it's missing a key small part that keeps the handle in place. I won't buy any other type after this.

This handle looks great and works really well... if you have enough space in your toilet basin. Handle takes up a lot of room, so I had to spend a lot of time adjusting it and the fill valve to work properly. Once everything was in place, I haven't had any issues, but consider a smaller handle if the handle will be on the same side as the fill valve.

If all the parts are there, this is so easy to install and looks great! Works on my angled toilet tank, but I believe it would also work with a front facing one or a side mount - though since mine is angled, I can't confirm it'll work on the side one. But I know it'd be no problem for the front facing one.I ordered one that was used, good or used, acceptable. It was missing one of the red clips, which would've been very helpful during install. I kept moving the pieces around trying to figure out what will work for my set up and the chain length I have (by the way, no chain was included). With only one clip, I kept dropping a piece into the tank and would have to use my long handled pliers to fish it out. But once I found where it needed to be, it's ok only having one clip instead of two. I just used the one clip on the part near the handle instead of the part connecting the arm on the inside.The handle is all metal!! I was so pleased with that, as the last one I'd ordered (cheap brand) was plastic, though it looked metallic, and immediately cracked. This one looks so good! Very classy. And fits with the other black fixtures I've recently replaced in my bathroom - some more angular and some softer and cylindrical. You get what you pay for! I have learned my lesson.

Works perfectly. I purchased in brushed gold. The color is nice, pretty close to Delta champagne bronze only slightly lighter. But the price is about 1/3 of Delta. Installation was about 2 minutes. The flush arm has 2-way adjustment to work with your style tank. Remember, the fastening nut has left hand thread (like all flush levers). I’m pleased.
