This belt is so much more comfortable than the men's powerlifting belt I've been using. Its thickness is perfect and doesn't stab you in the lower ribs as you move about. The measurements were true to size; I ordered the medium for a 26" waist and don't have a lot of extra belt to velcro down, but it isn't uncomfortably short either. The velcro is strong and doesn't pull apart when the belt is strained. Good quality stitching and is holding up well under daily use. I recommend this product to any lady lifters who want to cinch their waists but feel too restricted in a belt designed for men.

I've unsuccessfully been lifting with 4" belts and they're just too large for my frame (I'm 5'4" and have a small torso which doesn't help!) The size of this belt works great for my needs. I have a 28" waist and ordered a medium, fits well.

Haven't tried any other belts but this one is solid enough to do its function and yet padded just a little to add comfort. Almost wish I ordered down a size, even tho I measured and used their chart I am cinched to the end of the strap. Quality is very good and I would recommend for purchase

Love this belt. Pretty colors, perfect width so that it doesn't hurt my hips or ribs and I ordered a large in case the medium was too small and it's perfect, I have room to go looser or tighter. Shipping was right on time as well.

Good fit

This belt is surprisingly sturdy for a velcro belt but runs small in my opinion. I like it in general and it has lasted me an impressively long time so far.

Followed the sizing instructions perfectly and bough an XL. On the tightest rung it is loose on me. Probably would have needed a medium or even a small.

I love it. Wish the velcro was a little more adjustable.
