Excellent value
The bench is actually much better made and more functional than anticipated, it arrived yesterday and I have already gone through two workouts using it. There was virtually no assembly , the only pieces not attached on arrival were the foam ankle pads and the handles on the opposite end, a tool kit consisting of two hex keys and one open end wrench were included to make any adjustments which werenโt necessary . It isnโt something you would find in a gym but it is very close and I think a great value for the price.

Nice quality!
This bench is a definite upgrade to the one we had prior. The cushion is thick and properly firm. It can adjust to many different positions and comes with a sheet that shows how to perform a variety of exercises and different configurations of the bench. I actually bought a cheap frame and hung that sheet on the wall for reference.

It's a good bench for the price
It feels sturdy and has everything I need from a bench. I do wish the seat was a little bit wider though, but it's just my personal preference.I have put my body weight of 210lbs + 100lbs of weights on this bench, and haven't felt like the frame could not handle it.It folds very easy for storage, though I don't use this feature, it is something that a lot of people will probably use.
