Victoria and Albert have very different expectations for a family Christmas, and the arrival of a young African orphan at the Palace puts them at loggerheads. Victoria is uncharacteristically melancholy in the festive season. Albert, on the other hand, is gripped by an obsession with staging the perfect family Christmas, and ruffles feathers as he transforms the Palace into a magical festive wonderland. But Victoria is furious to find that, in fact, Albert has invited two very unwelcome house guests. ‘Tis the season for historic enmities to finally climax, new romances to blossom and sacrifices to be made… but a terrifying accident calls the couple’s priorities into question, and Victoria and Albert finally realise that they must leave behind the pain of their upbringings if they are to give their own children the Christmas that they never had. Kam pünklich an Wir haben viel Freude mit diesem tollen Specials :) Wer die Serie mag wird das Specials lieben! Einfach schön! Das Special ist nur auf Englisch zu sehen.

Ho acquistato questo dvd approfittando di una diminuzione del prezzo sostanziale, e in quanto amante della serie non potevo perdermi il dvd dello speciale di natale. Arrivato nei tempi previsti. Il dvd esiste solo in lingua orginale finora in italia non è stata fatta la versione nella nostra lingua... e direi anche meglio cosi' perchè La serie in lingua orginale è molto meglio, in quanto la traduzione in italiano non è per niente precisa e perde un po' rispetto alla lingua originale. Nel dvd ci sono i sottotitoli ma solo in inglese. Il dvd non ha contenuti extra. RACCOMANDAZIONE PER L'ACQUISTO: Esistono due versioni della serie in dvd: -una INGLESE (EMESSA DALLA ITV) -una AMERICANA (EMESSA DALLA PBS) SE VIVETE IN EUROPA ACQUISTATE LA VERSIONE ITV DELLA SERIE IN QUANTO VIENE RICONOSCIUTA DAI NOSTRI LETTORI DVD, ALTRIMENTI SE ACQUISTATE LA VERSIONE AMERICANA(PBS) IL DVD NON VERRA' RICONOSCIUTO DAL VOSTRO LETTORE. PS: CHI è FAN DELLA SERIE SAPRà CHE LA VERSIONE PBS (AMERICANA) HA DELLE SCENE IN PIù RISPETTO A QUELLA INGLESE DELLA ITV , EBBENE QUESTO SOLO IN ONDA SULLA TV AMERICANA. NEI DVD IN ENTRAMBE LE VERSIONI (INGLESE E AMERICANA) HANNO INSERITO GLI EPISODI DELLA VERSIONE INGLESE(ITV).
