In the mac mode, the F1-F12 keys could not set as default keys. I have to press Fn+Fx keys always. Tried to check/uncheck system setting. Bug design??

Yes, it does. Pressing the button brings up the Calculator in Windows 11 (probably in Windows 10, too).

My keyboard seems to be turned around a little bit. The WIN and ALT keys seems to be reversed. WIN+D no shortcut to desktop but ALT+D does. Setup?

That's odd. My keyboard works correctly. Perhaps your settings are switched. Just a thought... are they in this order (Left-to-right) Ctrl, Win, Alt?

Can Fn key be remapped?

I seriously doubt it. The FN key provides a vital function for the keyboard.
