My Central Texas yard has shallow topsoil with a very high calcium level and very low phosphate and potash levels. This was the perfect lawn food to help balance these nutrients. This product was very easy to use and has one of the best spray applicators that I have ever used. You will need to spread quickly. Do not expect to see an immediate seeable difference. This product builds stronger roots and works well with iron products to improve the appearance. I was having issues with yellowish grass that iron alone would not correct. It is always a good idea to test your soil to see exactly what is needed.

These pictures are exactly 2 months apart from one another, DRASTIC difference. I was skeptical on buying fertilizer for my new sod, but with how bad it looked I figured there was nothing to lose. Boy am I glad I did! Completely revived my grass. First pic was in March 2026 and second pic was in May 2026. Didn’t change anything other than adding the fertilizer. I would absolutely purchase this again, easy to apply and use 100000/10

I have used the non-fertilizer lines from Simple Lawn before. I was also nervous about using a liquid fert because honestly I didn't want to burn my lawn. But I man-ed and I bought the Ultimate product as well as the Superior Nitro and Potash. In my head I was basically going to use both at the same time to archive a starter fertilizer style product on some new seed in my backyard. I did my first application the day after receiving and to my surprise the bottles were really easy to use. I felt comfortable with the flow rate as well as the fan pattern your bottles generate. I did by my calculations a complete application on about 1900 sqft, so basically half the bottle. This was being applied right as my Perennial Rye was starting to break ground. I watered per my usual schedule after applying the two products and my Rye has taken off well, really well. two days ago I did another application of each, so I could achieve again my 18-18-18. I shook the bottles up, hooked them and sprayed out the remaining product. No leaks or clogs with the hose end bottles. Again easy to use and I was impressed. Overall I have now used 4 of your products. The 3 referenced in the order and the Humic acid product. I am more than happy with the performance!!! I have a cool season lawn in Central Indiana. My front and side yards were sodded by the builder with Kentucky bluegrass grown from Jonathan Green seed. My backyard I overhauled completely this month. I used the Jonathan Green Kentucky Bluegrass, Perennial Rye and Turf Type Tall fescue. I mixed the TTTF and KBG to see who would thrive in my backyard as I don't have full sun entirely through the day, only till noon.
