good for beginner but not for intermediate or advance
these were my first straps and i have been lifting for 7-8 months and the main issue i faced was that while benchpressing i prefer it to stay on a bit above my wrist but while performing they ofter comes down a bit and during my heavy sessions this disrupts mindmuscle connection.. overall these are good for this price .. but won’t recommend to advance lifters..
