Aritaum Ginger Sugar Overnight Lip Mask, 0.3 Ounce by ARITAUM

It arrived a bit earlier than expected, so I've been using it for a couple weeks now at night before bed and then in the morning before heading out. When I first started using it I applied it much more, but as it's improved my lips over time I don't feel the need to do it as much. I bought this because my lips were so severely and chronically dry I counted myself lucky on days they weren't bleeding. I've tried the La Neige lip mask and it didn't work nearly as well. I've tried various balms and ointments (all the big brands and some more obscure ones too) and nothing really helped. This has brought my lips into the realm of health and normality -- seriously, I had started to think I'd need to get some sort of professional treatment done (if one even exists for this). My lips are no longer tight and cracked with that horrible scaly skin. I'm really impressed that it actually does make a difference over time in the general health of your lips. The one downside is it's extremely sticky and thick, but it's a mask not a balm and it works, so I don't care. It's clear and has a lovely herbal ginger scent and no taste at all.

I didn't have any particular issues with dry or cracked lips but I really do like Korean Lip Masks so thought I would give this one a go. It's a generous size and a little goes a long way. It's a very sticky, vaseline like texture that also reminds me a bit about the Elizabeth Arden 8 hr cream, so it sits very heavily on the lips, although it doesn't feel uncomfortable. As a fan of all things ginger I had hoped it would have both a stronger scent and flavor, but there's no note of ginger at all, which perhaps is good if you're sensitive to scent. I had read about others noticing an improvement, added hydration etc, but after a few weeks use for me it hasn't made any difference at all, and I think I'll go back to my usual Lush lip scrubs and beloved Laneige sleeping mask after this one.

Wow, this product really worked for me. After using this for a few months my lips are noticeably softer and plumper. The product doesn’t have much scent (maybe a very faint whiff of ginger) and you have to apply a liberal amount to fully coat the lips for a mask. I could see this balm lasting me about a year though, maybe less if you don’t skip a few nights a week like I do. Worth the money and deserving of the hype.

It really is sticky and will remain sticky until the morning. But I used to bite my lips a LOT and there would always be some extra skin on my lips, and this makes the skin so soft that it just comes off in the morning w/o me biting it, so then I don’t damage my lips anymore ! I haven’t even been able to bite my lips since I’ve bought this and they’re so much healthier

I can’t say if this is a genuine product as packaging and weight are different to item description.

Really moisturising. I have suffered dry/chapped lips since I was a child but this stuff is great. I even use it during the day. You can put it on in the morning and it lasts all day. Best lip balm product I have ever used.

Compared to other lip sleeping masks/balms of the pink berry scented variety this was quite disappointing. Smells very nice Did little to improve lip moisturisation without moisturiser underneath. It was as difficult to remove in the morning as it was to apply at night.

This is a miracle product! My lips have been in a state all winter - eczema, chapped, flakes falling off. It took a long time to arrive (from Korea) but was totally worth it. Altho it says it’s for overnight I find it great in the day as it lasts for hours and hours and stays even if you have a drink. Finally my lips are healing (and I’d tried everything prior to this).
