I ordered these because of sore upper arms hoping the compression would releive some of the pain. The moment they arrive, I put one of them on my arm. It cut my pain in half.I ordered the medium. My upper arm is 11 1/2 " at it's widest part. It was tight, but just the right pressure. The sleeve is smaller than I thought, 4"x6". But it worked for me. Very happy with my purchase.

The sizing of this product was accurate

They are way too tight and not eligible for return. I normally wear a medium in shirts so I ordered a medium. I can't wear these at all. Bummed that I can't exchange for a large.

While compression is good, they are too short (barely covering half of my upper arm--and I'm a small woman). The picture is deceiving. I'll never use them.

We got these for my daughter to wear over her CGM and insulin pump while she plays softball. Peace of mind knowing that these two critical devices are protected while she plays. They also worked very well when worn at the beach. Again knowing her devices wouldn't get knocked off while she plays in the surf and rides a boogie board.

Do not stay up. There is no silicone grip on the inside edge, so they will not stay put. Serves the same purpose as a cut tube sock but that would be cheaper. Don’t bother.

Not sure why these don't have better reviews. My bicep is 12 inches, so I got a Medium. They fit perfectly with just enough compression and comfort. I've worn it all day during both exercising and walking my dogs, and the sleeves stayed in place even with activity and sweat. I was hesitant at first to buy these because of some of the lower rated reviews, but I'm glad I took a chance. Some people claim they don't stay up well. The only reasons I thought of why is maybe they got the wrong size or because of the way the sleeve is made- the top half of the sleeve gradually gets bigger in circumference to fit your bicep (which is assumed to be bigger than the rest of your upper arm below towards the elbow). If your bicep is about the same size as the rest of your upper arm... they may not fit as well.

I got these because I have pain in my upper arm from a shoulder injury. I am a fairly small woman so based on other reviews, I got a medium. The fit is VERY snug. I can't imagine most people would be suited to a small. Maybe a child... The quality seems to be good, and wearing it has helped stablize my arm and reduce the pain. I'm happy!
