I bought this vest because I spend many hours sitting down and was experiencing back and shoulder discomfort. Since I started using it, I have noticed better posture alignment and less tension in my upper back. I liked that it includes several accessories, such as the lumbar belt, adjustable straps, and a handy storage bag.

I liked this back brace better than I expected. I was doubtful about the utility of the front upper chest clip on strap; however, it is easy to attach/remove and it does improve the overall fit. I have a back brace quite similar to this one which is more cumbersome to put on/remove and which is hotter to wear, likely due to having shoulder straps, a wide waist belt, and 2 waist adjustment straps. This brace is cooler and less bulky. It is a reasonable price and I would have given it 5 stars except, in my opinion, it runs a little small. I am a 65 YO man, 6' tall, and 134 lbs (thus tall and skinny). I purchased a medium and it fits okay. But a M in this brace is definitely smaller than size Ms I have in other braces. If in doubt, I recommend ordering 1 size larger.

Got wrong size, too small

Can never find one with strong enough support bars in the back as well as correct sizing for my 5'8" 140lb athletic body frame. Tested probably 6 so far. The ones from Amazon have gotten returned. The ones from AliExpress have gotten thrown away.
