AFIING Large Desk Mat, 47" x 17",Black,Leather Desk Pad Protector for Mouse

I love this desk mat! I have a fairly large computer desk i built using an IKEA tabletop and I wanted a vegan-friendly desk mat that covered the majority of it. I bought this mat due to the positive reviews and have to say I am not disappointed. I likely will be purchasing another for my second (work) desk. What I like: + multiple size options, and a large enough size to cover my needs. + variety of colors to fit my desk's style + Waterproof, I accidently spilled water on my desk shortly after getting this mat. I panicked, only to find that the mat really is waterproof (i am always dubious of such claims). + non-slip, the mat hasn't moved and grips my wooden desk fairly well. No complaints! + self healing, if i put something particularly heavy and thin on the desk mat, it might leave an imprint but eventually it fades. As an example I have a magfit phone stand that swivels open and props the phone up with a thin bar. this will leave a mark on the desk (because my phone is so heavy) but once removed, the desk mat eventually "heals" itself. Considerations: -/+ I find the writing directly on the desk mat produces a grainy texture in your writing if you're using a large ball point instead of a fine tip. I don't really write on my desk often, and when I do I usually have a steno pad , but this was a little disappointing since the product advertising a smooth surface for writing. I tried to get a picture of this to demonstrate the difference between writing on a piece of paper directly on the mat compared to using something else, however, the difference was too subtle to pick up in my photo. And again, not an issue for fine tip writing. As such, I can't really consider this a full negative (hence -/+), but it did feel worth mentioning.

Just what I needed! Great color and easy to wipe off. Mouse moves well on it, too.

Love this desk pad! I’ve bought it in 2 colors now because it’s so helpful for protecting my desk. The colors are so versatile whatever your office style might be and it’s so easy to use. I mean, you just unroll it and put your desk gear on top. Be sure to measure so it fits your space! I like getting it a little long so I can put my keyboard, mouse, and my coffee cup all in a line. So mouse-friendly! It works great with my mouse without an additional pad needed. It makes everything more comfortable and cushioned as well.

The pad is as expected. It is easy to clean and rolled out flat. One mild criticism is the the stitched edges are somewhat sharp and abrasive on the underside of the wrist as it touches the pad.

I bought this leather desk mat to protect my high gloss white desk from my mouse, keyboard, and things sliding around, and it’s doing exactly that. For reference, my desk is 63” W x 27.5” D x 30” H. This size fits well, but now that I see it in person, I would probably go a little bigger next time for more coverage. The mat itself is really pretty. I love the leather look, and it makes my whole setup look cleaner and more put together. It has great versatility too — you can use it for your mouse, writing, or just as a general work surface. It’s very mouse-friendly and also feels really smooth and comfortable when writing. It’s PU leather on one side and cork on the other, which I really like. The cork has a nice feel to it, and I show that side in my video. It’s a nice option to switch things up depending on what you prefer. One thing I really appreciate is that it’s odorless. There’s no weird smell when you open it, which is a big plus. It’s also lightweight, but not too light. I keep my windows open a lot and get a breeze through the room, and it still stays in place without lifting or moving around. It’s weighted just enough to stay down. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because there was a small cut in the leather when I got it. It’s not huge, but it is noticeable. I’ve reached out to customer service and will update my review once I hear back. Other than that, I do recommend it. It looks great, protects the desk, and I would even consider getting another color.

Love my desk mat -perfect size quality and color

Bought this for my father’s desk. It unrolled nicely and is a good quality. More importantly it prevents the mouse from hitting the edge of a conventional square mouse pad. My father says he is very pleased with it and would not go back to a traditional mouse pad.

This thing is great. Great price and keeps my desk clean. Nice to write on

Perfect size for my daughter’s dresser! I am thrilled with the quality. It’s cork backed, a good thickness and a leather effect top. Excellent price for a quality product.

The product appears considerably smaller than described. It seems as though it was cut from its original size, evident from the uneven lines that aren't perfectly straight.

Tolles Material und die Farbe ist sehr schön.

The size and product are completely different from what mentioned in description. Also its not leather. Some other rubber product is given

Great mat, has just the right color I was looking for, doesn't move on the desk.
