Used product for approximately 10 sessions on my legs over the last 2 months before I heard a big snap go off in the bulb and it stopped working. I haven't seen any results yet.

If you are planning to buy this because of the price point and that amazing 5 star rating with 7k reviews, don't be fooled like I did. Majority of the reviews don't even belong to this laser hair removal, which I noticed after few days later. I used it for 3 weeks and 3 times each week at power 9, mind you I don't have a ton of hair, I see no difference. Returned. I'm going to try my luck with a name brand.

Super easy to use and works great

Product looked very nice. Arrived packed like Apple devices. I'm sure it works very well but in instruction coming with package says that you can not use this device when skin is sun taned. It says that using on suntaned skin will couse permanent damage to skin/discolor skin. Unfortunately beeing in Florida I have very sun taned skin. There was nothing mention about it before I bought it.
